SHIPMENT
We ship exclusively with DHL / Deutsche Post .
Within Germany, we ship exclusively insured orders with a shipment and tracking number via DHL. Shipping within Germany is free for purchases over EUR 130 (must be selected as the shipping method!)
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the shop in the shopping cart and depend on the delivery country and package weight. Prices include VAT.
For cash on delivery (DE) there is an additional charge of 6.66 EUR (5.60 EUR plus VAT).

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which must be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for money transfers through credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties). Such costs may also arise in relation to money transfers if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union, but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for payment methods such as direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us ( www.nailarts.shop ).
Amazon Pay
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online retailer Amazon. To process payment through Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon or register first and authenticate yourself with your login details. There, you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm Amazon's use of your data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected to our online shop, where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after placing your order, the transaction will be processed automatically by Amazon. Google Pay
You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment using the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device and follow the verification steps. Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ) , Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
- Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from the date of shipment of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, the date the service is made available. - Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95) or under the terms otherwise specified during checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice. - Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
- Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods are shipped. You will be notified of the date by email. (Please only list payment methods that you offer.)
The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we pass your data on to Klarna as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
