Suggested application:
- apply any color as a base and cure. Any type works - whether MASTERS, DREAMS, or something else
- choose a contrasting color from the Soak Off DREAMS (as these - as gel polishes - are more liquid and can be spread and pushed) and prepare: mix a little Blooming Gel into the gel polish (preferably on the color mixing block)
- apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel to the nail and do not cure
- paint design elements one by one with nailARTSist 1 (e.g., rose petals)
- wait a bit until the desired effect has appeared (the longer, the blurrier the effect!)
- cure and wipe off the SS dry!
- seal with any top coat and cure twice. I recommend MAG Love, as it allows you to perfectly smooth everything in a thicker layer
