Right of Return

A refund of the purchase price or exchange for a different product is possible. In both cases, the refunded amount or the replacement product refers exclusively to the product cost – shipping costs are excluded. Return procedure:

Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories, without any damage to the packaging, scratches, or signs of wear. Returned items must be in the same condition as when received, with no damage or defects, except for hidden defects or those previously reported to us. If we included a gift with the product, this must also be returned.
It's important to note that cosmetic products cannot be returned. This is due, firstly, to the fact that the shelf life of these products is calculated from the first opening of the packaging, and secondly, the contents can be altered by unauthorized access, viruses can be transmitted, etc.
Only products returned in the same condition as they were delivered will be fully refunded. However, if the returned product is damaged or in a condition that reduces its value, the retailer reserves the right to deduct a portion of the refunded amount.
If a customer wishes to exchange one product for another, the new product will be shipped as soon as possible, provided it is in stock.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return if the customer makes repeated returns and if the returned products are not in the appropriate condition or if they are cosmetic products that could have been opened and modified by the customer.

Refusal of acceptance:

If acceptance of the goods is refused without a valid cancellation being declared, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping and return costs incurred by us from the refund amount.
