Shipping policy

We ship exclusively with DHL / Deutsche Post. Within Germany, orders are shipped insured via DHL with shipment tracking. Shipping within Germany is free for purchases over €130; the free shipping option must be selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated by the shop and depend on the delivery country and parcel weight. The VAT information is stated for each delivery area below. For cash on delivery within Germany, a surcharge of €8.99 including VAT applies in addition to shipping costs.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which must be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for money transfers through credit institutions, such as transfer fees or exchange rate fees, or import duties and taxes, such as customs duties. Costs relating to money transfers may also arise if delivery is made to a country within the European Union but the customer makes the payment from outside the European Union.
