Application
- apply base color and cure
- apply Cat Eye color
- create the effect with the ring magnet and magnetic cube
- attach to the French Tool for more precise control (sold separately!)
- move the magnet until the desired circle or halo effect appears
- flash cure the nail briefly to fix the particles in the desired position
- then cure completely
